Haven Maine’s owner and primary property manager, Dr. Kyle Oliver, has advanced degrees in business, culminating with a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Liberty University. With over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, specifically mortgage and commercial lending and servicing, Kyle knows what it takes to successfully manage properties and get a good return. Kyle’s years of experience come into play every day handling the tenant experience, financial return and reporting, and property maintenance aspects of your investment properties.
