Haven Maine’s owner, Dr. Kyle Oliver, has advanced degrees in business, culminating with a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Liberty University. With over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, specifically mortgage and commercial lending and servicing, Kyle knows what it takes to successfully manage properties and get a good return. Kyle’s years of experience come into play every day handling the tenant experience, financial return and reporting, and property maintenance aspects of your investment properties.
As the Vice President of Haven Maine, Adam Chapman brings over 20 years of experience working as a retail manager at Hannaford Supermarkets. Adam’s experience with financial oversight, scheduling, and vendor negotiations provides a solid understanding of how to manage a property portfolio effectively, ensuring both profitability and tenant satisfaction. His leadership experience, combined with his strategic focus on improving operational processes, makes him well-equipped to drive success in property management, fostering a well-organized, efficient, and tenant-centric environment.
